Module - HR & payroll

People, hours, and the sales they closed.

A sale is not a monthly commission calculation waiting to happen. In Kesarpro, the person who closed it is stamped on the transaction, and payroll is a query, not a workflow.

Attendance from where it happens

Biometric, mobile check-in and terminal login all feed the same shift record - so hours are a fact, not a self-reported form.

Commissions on commit, not on the 30th

The moment a transaction is stamped with a staff ID, the commission line writes with it. Month-end payroll adds nothing that was not already true.

Statutory that doesn't lag

PF, ESI, PT and TDS calculate on the same event stream. Payslips and challans are queries against the ledger, not exports out of it.

Same event, this view

The person on the sale is the person on the payslip.

Every transaction is attributed on commit. Commissions accrue in real time, so the payroll run is validation, not calculation.
