Implementation

A serious system, gone-live in weeks - not months.

Moving off two disagreeing products takes discipline, not heroics. Our implementation is paced, validated and honest about what needs to happen before your counter and your ledger are the same row.
01 Week 1

Ingestion

We import your customers, SKUs, opening stock, chart of accounts and the last twelve months of transactions - in a structured way that lets us match your existing books later.

  • Customer and vendor master extraction
  • SKU and opening stock reconciliation
  • Chart of accounts and opening balances
  • Historical transaction sample import
02 Week 2

Configuration

Only the modules you actually use are turned on. Terminals, roles, tax profiles and location structures are shaped to how your business already runs - not to a template.

  • Module scope confirmed with your owner or CFO
  • Terminals, printers and scanners wired in
  • User roles, PINs and permissions
  • Tax, GST and e-invoice profile
03 Week 3

Validation

The last three months of your transactions are replayed through Kesarpro side-by-side with your existing system. Any variance is investigated before go-live, not after.

  • Side-by-side replay of last 90 days
  • Ledger, stock and sales totals reconciled
  • User training against the real data
  • Sign-off from finance and operations
04 Week 4

Go-live

You choose the shape of the switch - by register, by department, or by location. On day one, the counter and the back office are already the same system.

  • Phased go-live by your chosen slice
  • Hyper-care coverage for the first two weeks
  • Weekly review with our success team
  • Post-go-live retrospective and roadmap

On your side of the table

The people we need in the room.

A good implementation is not about how many hours we spend on it. It is about who is empowered on your side to make the decisions that stick. These are the roles we look for.

Executive sponsor

Owner or CEO who signs off on the shape of the go-live and settles trade-offs quickly.

Finance lead

Approves the chart of accounts, opening balances and the ledger sign-off before we cut over.

Operations lead

Owns terminals, staff training and store-level readiness through go-live and hyper-care.

Anchor cashier or manager

One trusted counter operator per site who champions the change with peers.
