Module - Finance & accounting

The ledger is written by the sale itself.

Kesarpro's ledger is not populated by a nightly job. Every GL entry is part of the transaction that caused it - so trial balance is a live view, not an end-of-day ritual.

Nothing to reconcile

The sale is the GL entry. There is no counter total to match against an ERP total, because they were never separate rows in the first place.

GST that closes itself

Output tax, input credit and reverse charge are written per line item, per HSN, per place of supply - your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B assemble from the same events.

Statutory ready, honestly

TDS, TCS, e-invoice and e-way bill are baked into the transaction lifecycle, not added on with a plug-in later.

Same event, this view

A sale writes its own journal entry.

Debit cash, credit sales, credit GST payable - and the same commit updates on-hand, sales attribution and customer history. Books close because they never opened separately.

What ships in this module

Capabilities that pull their weight.

Not a feature list to make a comparison chart look busy. These are the pieces that actually do the daily lifting of a live business.

  • Live general ledger with drill-through to the source event
  • Chart of accounts tailored to Indian retail and services
  • GST returns from the same event stream
  • TDS and TCS with challan and return support
  • Vendor bills, credit notes, debit notes
  • Bank feed reconciliation with rule-based matching
  • Multi-location P&L and location-wise trial balance
  • Financial year close as a lock, not a reconciliation
