How Kesarpro is used - and what we owe each other.
What Kesarpro is
Kesarpro is a business system that unifies point of sale, inventory, finance, HR, sales and AI insights into a single source of truth. You subscribe to a defined scope of modules, registers and locations - the specifics are captured in an order form or written arrangement.
Who can use the product
Kesarpro is intended for legally registered businesses in India, and for authorised staff acting on their behalf.
- Account administrators are responsible for user provisioning, role assignment and access revocation.
- Individual users must protect their credentials and MFA factors.
- Shared logins on counter registers must use a terminal-level PIN, not a shared human account.
Fees, invoicing and payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your order form. Overages - additional registers, additional locations or excess usage on rate-limited endpoints - are billed at the end of each month at the rates then in effect. Invoices are due within the payment window stated on them.
Service levels
Kesarpro is offered on a shared, cloud-hosted infrastructure with the following operational commitments:
- Reasonable-endeavour uptime for Starter and Growth tiers, published monthly.
- SLA-backed uptime and response times for Enterprise arrangements, stated in a signed schedule.
- Planned maintenance is communicated ahead of time and, where possible, scheduled outside your business hours.
Data ownership
All business data you place in Kesarpro remains yours. We do not use your business data to train shared models or to build features that are visible to another customer. Aggregated, non-identifying operational metrics may inform product decisions.
Statutory features
Kesarpro supports GST invoicing, e-invoice and e-way bill workflows within the scope of applicable Indian tax law. It is your responsibility to configure them to reflect your business's tax profile - HSN codes, place of supply, tax categories and exemptions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kesarpro to store data that is unlawful, to reverse engineer the product, to attempt to bypass access controls, or to run automated activity against the product that is not covered by your subscription plan. Further detail is provided in the acceptable use policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access if fees are overdue beyond a reasonable window, if there is a material breach of these terms, or where a suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform. On termination for any reason, we will provide a grace period to export your data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the use of Kesarpro is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Visakhapatnam, unless a different jurisdiction is agreed in writing as part of an Enterprise arrangement.
