We built Kesarpro so nobody has to reconcile at midnight.
How this began
A nightly ritual that shouldn't exist.
We spent enough evenings watching businesses close their tills, export their day, import to the back office and argue about the variance to know the problem was not effort. It was the design.
Two systems that had to agree - a POS on the counter, an ERP in the back - would always disagree at some scale. The bridge between them was where trust went to die. Every retailer we spoke to had a version of the same 11pm story.
So Kesarpro was built on a single decision - there would be no bridge. The counter would be the ledger. The ledger would be the CRM. The CRM would be the forecast. Every module would be a view of the same source of truth, so there was nothing to reconcile because there was never anything separate.
That is the whole product. Everything else - fast counters, live forecasts, GST returns from the event stream, staff attribution on commit - falls out of that one choice.
Principles
Three ideas that survive every design meeting.
One system, not two synced ones.
Every design decision starts by asking whether two products would have to agree later. If the answer is yes, we start over. We would rather build one honest thing than two clever ones stitched together.
Nothing to reconcile, because nothing was ever separate.
The counter total and the ledger total are the same number - because they are the same row. That single choice removes an entire category of end-of-day pain from a business's life.
Built for any business, not one vertical.
Retail, service and food & beverage all share the same fabric. What changes is the shape of the counter, not the shape of the truth beneath it.
How we show credibility
The live product, not a wall of logos.
We do not publish a testimonial grid or a customer trophy wall. If you want to trust Kesarpro, we would rather you see the product actually fire a sale through four views at the same instant - on your business shape, on a call, with the person who will own your account.
